Han Sung Asian Market established in 2003. Our aim is to provide Chinese, Japanese and Korean food products to the local residents in Dublin. Hanyang.ie may cancel your order ,  or part of your order ,  if the item ( s )  is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item ( s ) .

In the situation that part of your order is out of stock ,  Hanyang.ie will remove the out of stock item ( s )  from your order and will ship the remaining item ( s ) . You will not be charged for out of stock items ordered ,  and will be inform by an email notification.
Return & Refund Policy

Han Sung Ltd T/A Hanyang.ie operates a returns policy allowing you to return any item within 15 days of receiving delivery of your order. You have another 15 days to return the goods once return request has been granted.  

Please note that Hanyang.ie do not offer a refund for certain items only if they're in faulty:  

  • perishable items: frozen foodchilled foodfresh fruits & vegetables and bakery items  
  • any items which have been opened or package has been broken  
  • any discount items, Han Yang Mart will offer you an exchange or a credit note  
  • unwanted items after 30 days of receiving delivery  
  • any damaged or missing items reported after 24 hours of receiving delivery  

Items must be returned in unused and in unopened packaging condition. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.  

Han Yang Mart only accept returns from the person who bought the item.   

Return must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt.
